Our Story
Founded by Peter Waggott in 2015, Vertical Motives has gone from strength to strength. Peter has dedicated his career to advancing sales skills, earning recognition from the universities of Aberdeen and Dundee. His experience and skill set extends to bid consultancy, where he has successfully contributed to securing over £600 million in wins.
As an Executive Coach, Peter empowers professionals to discover hidden talents and fresh perspectives, fostering the development of high-caliber talent across diverse industries. His role as a Neurodivergence Coach re-enforces his commitment to helping individuals with a neurodivergence thrive.
By integrating his skills in coaching, workshop facilitation, and strategy management, Peter crafts tailored strategies to deliver growth.
Peter works with a team of ‘trusted advisors’, who collaborate on specific projects throughout the year.
